BeetleLog Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BeetleLog application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BeetleLog is a beetle breeding record-keeping tool that allows users to track clutches, individual beetles, growth events, and related data.

3. BeetleLog Pro — Auto-Renewable Subscription

• Subscription Title: BeetleLog Pro
• Subscription Length: Monthly auto-renewing subscription
• Price: Price varies by region and is displayed in the App before purchase
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No Refund: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into BeetleLog. We do not claim any rights over your breeding records, photos, or other content. You are responsible for backing up your data.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. BeetleLog is not responsible for any loss of data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeetleLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
